How do you give your team government-service access?

Corppass lets you give the right person the right access, without sharing your Singpass login.

Someone needs to file for your company. Should you give them your login? No. Use the business's authorised access instead.

1. Know the difference

Singpass verifies your identity. Corppass manages who can use participating services on behalf of your business. A person can have access to one service without needing access to everything. GovTech: how Corppass works.

2. Set up the administrator

Start at Corppass. Follow the current registration instructions for your entity and obtain the required approval. Check whether your company already has an administrator before creating another account.

If you're an overseas user, follow the route that matches your identity and entity. Don't use another person's Singpass. Corppass help.

3. Assign the actual task

Your administrator sets up users and assigns the services and roles they need. Preparing a tax return and submitting it may require different permissions. Check IRAS's Corppass guides for tax access, including third-party authorisation.

4. Check that it works

Ask the authorised person to sign in with their own credentials and confirm the relevant service appears. Remove access when someone leaves or an engagement ends.

Your next move: agree who prepares, who checks and who submits each filing. Keep passwords and approval prompts private.
